I don't include all of the code to put this into any particular codebase, but this can be added into any codebase to improve CPU preformance on the lowest of levels dramatically. I put this into a stock mud that used all polling and reduced the CPU by over 80% during testing.

What this is:
A proof of concept.
Efficient.

What this is NOT:
A high level solution.
Something that can just be patched in.
