This is a heavily stripped-down version of the ROM 2.4b6 source. Things that are gone include:
* All but one spell (Acid Blast, as a template to add more)
* Most skills
* Healers
* Most dtypes
* Most flags
* All stock content
* Most wearlocs

Things that are IN include:
* Mprogs
* Color
* Boards system
* OLC

Basically, it is a barebones MUD to make something out of that doesn't taste like stock ROM all over again.
