Updated and fixed quest code for Quest v3. This includes custom prompt variable installation, which
allows you to see quest time, type, target, etc.
- It also fixes Quest targets being able to be seen when you walk into a room (mob quests).
- Fixes Quest Info for object quests so they show the correct SHORT DESCRIPTION of the object you are
searching for. The original code did not do this correctly.
- Also added checks for invalid mobs with certain acts (gain, etc.), as well as object not being able to sent to
inacessible rooms (I left my finished areas out).
