Will allow each player to do their own sudoku puzzle. About as plain and basic as it can be :) Hope someone enjoys it.

This is the current release of the sudoku puzzle in LOP just put into snippet form. I did test it out on SmaugFUSS 1.9 and got a clean compile. If you have to make changes for const char *arguments do let me know.
