Features unique to Athens from stock D.O.T.:
A huge world of unique areas - over 70,000 rooms last time I counted. None of these are midgaard or general stock. Many mobiles and programs written exclusively for the Greek Mythology theme. Skills and quests that fit into the theme along with diversions such as fishing, mining, and treasure hunting. Fuctioning monsters that challenge players such as: a fire breathing chimaera, a charging and goring minotaur, the three headed guard dog cerberus, the golden hound, and the riddle-asking sphynx. Landscape that challenges players but yet is not fully completed and can be expanded and improved upon by future work. There is a volcano that spews hot rocks and lava at those nearby at random erruptions, for example is fairly well completed but the vast seas are rather empty and could use more interactivity to them. Many cities and places are not built yet such as Olympus and Troy. Some are pretty well filled out while others are still in progress.

Anyone looking for a Greek Mythology style mud to use for their own game might want to look at the work already put into this mud. Helpfiles about mythology and unique artifacts in the game all tie into the theme.
