	The files contained in here is 
	1) The data file of the whole party system
	2) The list of 'best parties' on the mud.

Please don't change these files, but you are welcome to look at them.
If you want to check out the party system, then please either use the
help file (help party), or look at the files contained in /obj/party

Old party files can be found in /obj/party/party_old The reason for
the change was for compatability, and the fact that data handling is
easier, and more efficient if arrays are used. The newer party system
also tells correct exp per kill, as well as uses the new follow routine
a whole lot better.
