@open <exit name> [ = <destination> ]
This creates a new exit.  If the destination is listed, it tries to link
to that destination.  Destinations are listed by their #id.  Exit names
can have more than one name separated by semicolons, e.g.: s;south;o;out;exit
* Note that some exits have only two aliases, e.g.: @open w;west=#38723
