This is the second release of my AberChat server. (version 5.1).

It has less design flaws than the 4.20 series servers, and probably has less
crash bugs.

It is a drop-in replacement for the 4.20 servers, except for two things.

1. there is no configuration file.

2. It stores the names of the allowed pager files in a file, not by putting
a special magic line at the top of each allowed file.

One of the major bugs sorted out is that this one can queue multiple packets
on an output queue. There is still the problem of multiple packets being
recived at a time, but this is fairly rare.

( all the screwiness I've seen on AberChat has been the result of multiple
packets in output queues getting scrunched together due to a blocking lookup
of some kind. ).
