Hey everyone,

I attempted to start a MUD back some time ago, called HOPE, that was fun to design but never came to be a running MUD as I just could not find programmers willing to stick with a project.

This was my project: http://zeno.biyg.org/~HopeServer/

I am now looking for someone, or some people, to work with that have possibly already began development on a project and would like a creative and talented individual to join them. At this point, the setting doesn't matter as I enjoy both sci-fi and medieval fantasy.

Here are my talents:
- Writing and storytelling
- Customer Service within MUDs
- Advanced photoshop and web design
- Intermediate 3ds max experience
- Beginner-to-intermediate ZBrush experience

The most important attribute that I am looking for in a project is its simplicity and fun-factor. I really would like to work with a team that tries to impart elegance in the beauty of a simple but effective layout [the way the text appears to the player] to their project. If you've ever played play.net MUDs, you know what I mean. I am willing to work with a start-up as well as long as programmers are already part of the team.

I don't know where this will lead but I could really use an outlet for my creativity right now. If anyone does recall my HOPE project, I'm always willing to give that another shot as well.

Would you say you're looking for a story and/or RP-focused game?

Bedlam definitely looks interesting graphics-wise but I think I'm looking for something with a bit more depth in terms of roleplay and interactivity between players.
