Stardust & Lightblades is a fantasy/steampunk rp based mud currently in the building stages with just a handful of players. We currently have a few dedicated staff and are currently looking for more builders to work on content. The code is Diku/DoT based (heavily modified).

The game is classless with a focus being on developing the character and discovering new skills and abilities through discovery and questing. There are many races including a remort system for special ones. The world lore has been largely fleshed out with details on the various continents and cultures, although there is still lots of room for suggestions, improvements, and personalization.

Sounds interesting, but is it RP-enforced like most other classless muds?

It is not RP enforced at this time but we highly encourage it. There are things players can and will be able to do without being IC all the time, but the more a player involves themselves the better the rewards. As far as the world itself, we are setting up all original areas with high detail to enhance potential RP.

The skills/spells are learned through exploring, various quests, or RP. So, it's possible to learn certain skills through a quest that can be done OOC, while others high level skills will only be available through RP.
