This NPC is just a basic pet, in that it will follow you around and heal you. I wrote this for myself so it may need some revising to work just the way YOU want it. Its nothing special, but I've heard a lot of people wanting pets, and the coders I know myself don't know how to make one themselves, so I upload it here.
