BBS version 2.2p

The portable version of the much fuller featured BBS on the
upcoming MUCK Crossroads. This version was edited in a quick
and dirty manner to make it independent of the 20 or so macros
and programs that it would normally use on Xroads. This was
managed mostly by including the macros and calls as subroutines
but, however, some features could not be ported with it because
of this. [features like reply via MUFmail, and the text editor]
Future versions released with the list manager routines, list
editor, and MUFmail2.0, will re-instate these features.
