This is a replacement tracking system for the bug, idea and typo commands in SMAUG. It allows notifications, detailed descriptions and various other information to be collected so stuff can be fixed. It also gives Immortals the ability to reward the players who stumble upon a bug, have a great idea, or just find an annoying typo. The added incentive of a reward usually prompts them to tell you about the problem rather than ignoring it, or worse - exploiting it.
