This file contains the necessary information in order to add a forger to a 
Rom2.4b4 mud . The forger is a mob that is capable of modifying the weapons of
the players for big quantities of money and add them the weapon special flags
(VAMPIRIC, FLAME, FROST...) 
It is a piece of quite simple code, quite similar to the healer, after revising
it I thoroughly believe that they no longer remain bugs,  so I give it to the
public and I wait for that you enjoy it, I don't request that you include me
in the greetings neither that you put me in a help, with that you send me a
mail saying me what you think of it or if you find any bug and you want to
warn of it I will be charmed. Until soon! 8)
