Its a bit strange but trying to use the explore command in such a fashion as to create another planet in the terra prime system causes a crash in the mud.

I tried to do that but I can't seem to get it to attach to the PID properly so that when I crash the mud using that command it shows me where the bug is.
Also I don't know what PID to really attach it to, the script that runs the mud or the PID that actually shows the mud running with the port after it. IE: ./swr 8032
Should I just post what my PS x command shows so I can get a little bit better help?
You need to attach it to the PID of the exec (swr), not the script.

So what would be the syntax exactly to do that to get the best results… I'm not exactly new but I've never had to use gdb before to be perfectly honest.
Oh and how do I exit out of gdb when I'm done or before I'm done even.
forgot something else to add… what about closing an already open gdb, its in my process list but I can't seem to kill it.
heres a screenshot of it.
