Hey all, I'm Syriac the implementor on Realm of Shadows. I don't post these too frequently, but I've been working on some new code lately and I think it's pretty interesting. We're a heavily modified SMAUG MUD (You wouldn't know it from the look though) and have been around now for about 12 years. We have a small, but dedicated player base and are always looking for new players/friends. We feature a god/following system (similar to guilds, max level players may petition for immortality and the right to lead their own following), true multiclassing (up to 3 classes), several unique quests, random object generation and tons more. I've made it fairly easy to get started, and have put a lot of effort into making the learning curve as friendly as possible. Right now we have triple experience enabled as well as random object identification (examine objects to see what they do). Also if you stop by, type PROMO MYSTIC to get a nice in game reward.
