I'm trying to figure out a calculation for a few things in my game.
This is including all of the stats/pieces needed. What im listing below
is just to get a formula, dex and other pieces below do more than
what is listed. Just clearing that up so no one thinks badly of it.

Dex (It's a stat that will decrease cool downs on skills) (Max is 255)
skill level (This will lower cooldown) (Max is 100)
level of char (max is 99)
chars cool down reduction (gear and dex) (gear will have small numbers
of cdr)
skill cool down (listed within the skill table)

Can anyone help me with a formula for this to give decent cool downs, while
keeping the game progressive?
