ROCK	The Rock
Waves crash around you as you stand on a high pillar of rock rising from the
tempestuous crashing ocean. The air is full of salt water spray washing down,
hiding much of your view in a swirling white mist. A tall tower looms through
the mist to the north.^

TENTRY	Tower Entry
You hang on tightly against the edge of the tower, as crashing waves swirl
around you breaking heavily over the rocks, the strong current tugging hard
at your feet, trying to pull you down and cast you into the wild foaming
waters. The tower door is north.^

TOWERG	In The Tower
The thick stone walls shake and shudder as the sea crashes against them, the
breaking waves roaring and battering endlessly against the smooth impregnable
stonework. A narrow stair ascends and decends the tower, or you could go south
through the front door, which creaks and groans with the howling wind.^

TOWERS	Tower Stairs
The stairs spiral tightly upwards following the solid stone walls. The steps
tremble and shake under your feet, in sympathy with the rhythmic pounding of
the sea on the rock. The stairs ascend and descend to other floors.^

TOWERR Tower Room
You are standing in a small, near circular chamber part way up the tower. An
oak door leads west out onto the stairs. A small window allows a little
sunlight to spill out across the gloom.^

TOWERT	At The Top Of The Tower
You stand in a large chamber at the top of the tower. Wide windows look out
across the rock, and the raging seas, looking far out in all directions.
The only exit from the chamber is a single iron door to the west.^

You stand at the top of the tower stairs. The stone steps wind steeply down
and out of sight below you. Ahead of you the stairs end in a large rune
marked iron door.^

JROCK The Jagged Rocks
The waves crash wildly around you covering you in icy salt water, which
stings and burns your eyes. The rocks are becoming difficult and very
dangerous to follow. It looks as if you could just about continue westwards,
or retreat back east. A spire of rock rises to the north, but the waves
are rough and would probably sweep you away.^

JROCK2 The Jagged Rocks
You manage to stagger about half way out towards the spire before the roaring
waves and the howling winds overcome you and you topple into the crashing
seas.^

JROCK3 The Jagged Rocks
You are standing on the edge of a rocky spire. Although the spire is steep and
unclimable, you can work your way westwards over the rocks. To the south a
narrow treacherous band of low rock links the spire with the mainland.^

JROCK4 The Jagged Rocks
You stand at the base of a rocky spire. Tall jagged rocks jut out of the sea
all around you. Looking around the only way you can see across the rocks is
back east around the base of the spire.
The rotting remains of an old sailing boat lie smashed against the rocks. The
wood is coated in slime and seaweed and it has obviously been there for
several years.^

JROCK5 The Jagged Rocks
The rocks come to an abrupt end, giving way to a sheer and unclimable cliff
which plunges down into the crashing seas. Apart from gazing far out to sea
there is little you can do but clamber back across the rocks.^

SHIPWRECK The Shipwreck
You are standing on the dangerously slanted deck of an old rotting ship.
Most of the ship has collapsed and given way, but the basic framework
still remains reasonably intact.^

INSHIP Inside The Ship
Most of the ships innards are rotting and decaying away. A huge gash in the
floor of the boat looks down onto the water. A very dodgy looking ladder
climbs up a fairly stout wooden post up to a hatchway leading out onto the
deck.
What little that remains of the ship makes it clear it was a slaver of some
kind. The rusting remains of metal shackles are still visible against the
rotting oarlocks, and the odd bone still lies on the floor.^
