~FTUsage:~RS stgroup <group id> / home

This sets your start group, ie the group you start in when you first log on.
You can either give a specific group is or the "home" option which means you
start in your home group (the default) which is the group that has the same
id as your user id. You cannot start in remote groups or groups you do not
have permission to join.
