	2. The MUD++ game server or any derivative work must retain the

	3. When started from the command line, the MUD++ server or
	any derivative thereof must display the runtime message:

	4. The MUD++ server or any derivative must contain the above line(s)
	as show in section 3 in the first logon screen of the game. The screen may
	contain any other copyright notices that do not infringe on the
	original MUD++ license.

	5. In order to run this server on a site accessible by network 
	( Example. internet ) you must notify the author and provide your full
	numeric node address ( and alias if you have one ) and the port along
	with your name and email address.

	6. If you plan to run a commercial site ( where you charge for
	access or make profit in any way from the MUD++ server or derivative )
	you must reach an agreement with the author PRIOR to opening
	the commercial site. Without prior agreement
	with the author you have absolutely no permissions whatsoever to
	make profit in any way from the MUD++ server source code, executeable,
	or access to the server, or any other method of profit related to
	the server including advertisement.

	7. You are not required to accept or agree to these terms but outside of
	these terms you have no legal rights to modify, use, run, or
	distribute this code in any form or media. By modifying or
	deriving other works and/or running this game server your are
	accepting these terms and therefore bound by all terms in this
	license.
