This optional command should return a string which identifies a given realm.
This can be used to identify places where anachronisms should work, places
between which teleportation shouldn't work, or to otherwise single out
special areas.  Examples are "tech" for technological anachronisms, "NT" for
places which teleportation devices should not work to or from, etc.
