I was thinking about writing a Rom 2.4 guide. For me the hardest part of learning any codebase is trying to not only learn how things work but why. Also, with so many lines of code, *grep* helps, but could have learned so much faster with a guide that lays out the logic of the codebase, and explains what each stock function does, each macro, each header file etc.
Now, of course, I am posting this thread not to ask if this is a good idea, but rather if someone has already done this? I might add that this would be mostly code specific, yes i know the /doc/ folder that there is a manual for the game itself, but despite my best efforts, i cant find a code manual that is as specific as i would have liked.
