varargs mixed *exclude_array(mixed *arr, int x, int y);

DESCRIPTION
Takes an array and returns an array of that same type with elements
in the range from argument 2 to argument 3 excluded.

EXAMPLES
exclude_array( ({ "a", "b", "c" }), 1) returns ({ "a", "c" })
exclude_array( ({ 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 }), 1, 3) returns ({ 1, 5 })
