The player files for ROM have a different format from Merc files, but standard
Merc files can be read in. The original rom files are available as 
players.tar.Z.

This directory keeps all your player files.  Player files are straight ascii
files, one player per file.  You can grep them, edit them, rename them, move
them to other computer systems, whatever you want.
