Help on:
	SAY <message>
	" <message>
	' <message>

Say allows you to speak to other players that are in the same room as you
are.  Short-hand notations for the say command include the apostrophe and
the quotation mark.

Example:

Mark says, "Hi how are you?"
: " I'm fine, thanks.
