CONTROL 

There are 4 rules to controlling objects: 1) You control anything you 
own. 2) A wizard controls everything. 3) Anybody can link an unlinked 
exit, even if it is locked. 4) The owner of an exit's destination 
controls that exit, regardless of who owns it.

Builders should beware of 3, lest their exits be linked and stolen.
