white marble with huge black pigmented stripes throughout it. The structure
proves to you that the church has been there virtually forever. A stone path
leads up a small hill to the West.

   You are standing in the entrance to the church... This cathedral marks a
wonder to your eyes, for you have never seen anything like it before. Old and
glorious, you get the feeling of warm inner peace here.

The Sanctuary~
   This place is a definate marvel to behold, Rising above you are several
pillars made up of the same stone as outside. Pews are arranged in rows
counting more than 50, and at the front of the room is the stand where the
services take place. Two strange boxes are next to the stand, made of black,
netted fabric. The ceiling rises up to meet the chandelier, which in itself is
yards across in radius. Thousands of tiny crystal fragments radiate a light
that inhabits the entire room. The only exits are to the East and West.

The practice area.~
   You are standing in the Guild area for the Clerics of Ao. You see both young
and old Clerics practicing their arts here. To the West you see a large golden
door that seperates in the middle. Two rungs hang from this door.

Holy of Holies~
   You have entered the most private room in the entire city. In here lies the
most highly guarded secrets of life, and the universe as you know it. Studying
at his desk is the holy deacon of Ao. He pours through the scripts of ancient
languages you cannot possibly imagine ever being able to comprehend. In this
sanctuary he is safe from most of the evils of this world. Not even looking
as you enter, he mumbles, "Please close and lock the door behind you, my son."

The Shop~
   You are standing in the shop of the church. It is a bare wooden room, with
miscellaneous items lining the shelves. The shopkeeper is bustling around
dusting everywhere.

   You are standing at the reception of the inn. The Innkeeper smiles
pleasantly at you. There is a sign on the wall.
