Directly to the north you see the Palace, political seat of Tekaro. If the smells comming from the kitchen are any indication, you understand why. You can see quite a few travelers here eating, drinking and talking. Inside justice is delivered by agents of the Emperor and everyday descisions about the city are made by the Mayor and her aides. Quite a mess, but informative to the right people apparently.
