~OLCommand :~RS help
~OLUsage   :~RS help [<command>]
~OL        :~RS help files

This command will display the helpfile for any command given, or if you omit
the command then a list of all the commands you have use of will be listed.
Alternatively, if you use "help files" then a list of further files that you
can read will be listed.
