~OLCommand :~RS set command
~OLUsage   :~RS set command

This attribute is a toggle, meaning that if it is off, using this turns it
on, if it is on, using this turns it off, and it will indicate as such.
This toggle affects the help file (.help), by showing whether you see the
commands listed by level, or by functionality.  Try both!
