~OLCommand :~RS samesite
~OLUsage   :~RS samesite user/site [all]

The will display the users with the same site as a give user or given
site.  If you omit the 'all' option then it will only check those users
currently logged on, else it will check through all the users.
If you use the 'user' option, then you will be promoted for a user's name
to check against, else if you use the 'site' option you will be promoted
for a site string.  You can use a full or partial site string, but no
wildcards.
