Mindcloud V1.1 README

Thanks for playing with this code.   This code should compile clean and
run fine.  Its a bit of a memory hog, but thats the price you pay for.
If you have trouble starting up the mud the first time there is plenty
of help out there.  

Basically edit kav_wiz.c and add your admin name to do_relevel and login
with that name and type RELEVEL.
