HEAL

HEAL reports which spells you are able to buy, along with the cost.  This can
only be done if with a NPC which offers spells - usually healers.
HEAL followed by a single character 'buys' that spell.

Eg: HEAL H  buys a heal spell.

All spells are only cast on the buyer.  No one else.
