A kingdom can purchase special buildings and structures, which may help
the kingdom in various ways. Here is a short list of what is currently
availble for kingdoms.

o Ballista Yard     - allows a free ballista attack in combat.
o Black Cauldron    - allows mixing of rare and sentient items.
o Teleport platform - allows random teleporting out of the kingdom.
