Ident Code

This is the original copyright file with the current version of the ident
code. You need to agree to it before you use the ident in the talker. If
you don't then make sure that it is disabled from within "make config".

Thanks go to Athanasius for permission to distribute it and Sammael for
giving us a hand hacking it about so it worked under Playground Plus.
