Port Redirector
 ---------------

Included in the PG+ package is "datapipe" a handy program that can
redirect connections to a port to another port or even site. Its handy if
you move site and are waiting for your address (such as ml.org) to be
updated.

The comments at the top of the code explain all, but its not hard.
