<help immortal zcreate>

This command creates a new zone in the mud, providing there are
enough undelegated rooms left in the database.  Only a select few
can use this command. 

syntax:  zcreate [num_of_rooms] [ticks_between_reset] ['zone  name']

Example:  zcreate 100 20 'Dar Thane'	100 rooms, 20 ticks between
					resets.
	  zcreate 100 20 Dar_Thane	Only the names differ.
