divits.

around you, and in the center of the room, is the Goddess Eris to protect
Alcepi and all of his clan mates.  The tiles on the floor are in the shape
of arrows pointing at each other.  Yes, it is the symbol of the Five
Fingered Hand of Eris.

An Enormous Domed Room~
Light pours in through the nine enormous windows that circle the room,
offering a panoramic view of the verdant valley far below.  A pure white
marble dome stretches over the circular floor, on which the semi-oval
windows are set.  They curve hundreds of feet overhead, converging at the
apex of the dome where a circular skylight basks the room in golden
sunlight.  Hundreds of feet across, the brilliantly colored mosaic of a
black rose makes up the floor.  It is completely bare of any furniture.

Through the enormous curved window the northern stretches of Alanthia can
be seen: Olympus, Ofcol, and the Elven Valley.

The Dark River winds its way out of Midgaard and into the dagger-like
vises of the Spawning Pits.  A small castle can be seen near the pit of
doom, shining brightly with courage, honor, and loyalty.  White snowstorms
blot out the frozen wastes and the shining sea further south.

Midgard can be seen far below, teeming with life.  The haze of the desert
barely masks the presence of New Thalos and the Dragon Sea.

To the west, the great Haon Dor forest spreads off into the horizon.  The
tall tower of sorcery can be seen, as well as the mountains of the valley of
Shadows.  Excalibur flies its banners proudly in the middle of the forest.

The Crystal Tower~
A million prisms fitted together to form walls, ceiling, floor, and
stairs sparkle in the continuous gentle light that floods the crystal tower,
refracting brilliantly colored beams in every direction.  Ephemeral
doorways, almost ghostly in appearance, mark the entrance to the rooms to
the north, south, east, and west, and the crystal stairs wander wistfully
among the levels.

Draven's Bar~
As you enter this room, you walk into a billow of smoke and fumes of
various alcohols combined with a musky scent of stale air.  A large oak bar
is placed in the northern corner, and an attractive young lady stands b
ehind the bar ready to fetch you whatever you desire to quench the thirst of
a hard days adventuring.  A few tired looking men are gathered at a table
against the east wall playing some variety of card game, cards in one hand,
glass in the other.  There are slight murmurings of conversations around the
bar, though on the whole quite a quiet atmosphere.

The Ancient Wyrm's Lair~
You step inside this huge cavern and are blinded by the sudden brilliance
of light.  Torches set along the walls reflect their rays off the dazzling
display of priceless gems, hordes of gold coins, and ancient artifacts

Maeghan's Haven~
The scent of the Goddess' sacred herbs - apple, myrrh, orris, willow, and
pomogranate - permeate the air.  The room is lit by the five candles on each
point of the sacred pentacle on the floor.  A gentle breeze wafts into the
room, carrying the soft chants of praise of the beautiful Maeghan. 
Different colored stones and wands lay scattered about, looking as though
they are placed in their spots for a specific purpose.  A diamond-encrusted
plaque on the wall draws your attention.

The Hall of Heros~
As you step forward your mind reels in pain and the room swirls and
colors shift before your eyes.  Slowly as the fog lifts from your mind you
find yourself somewhere completely different from where you came.  Before
you lies a giant hall with a cathedral ceiling and enormous marble pillars. 
Atop each pillar stands a statue of a figure.  From your memories as a child
you recall some of the faces, shadowy warriors and gentle priests, all those
who gave the life for the land, and even those to sought to destroy it.  A
massive throne of wicked looking bones sits here masterfully carved and
magically welded together, surrounded by several clan leaders lurching out
in battle stance.  At the end of the column stands two figures clutched
together in a deadly embrace.  One of them, the great Dark Leader Theutus,
master of the undead.  The other, as you look closely seems to be the Mighty
Hero Paladine.  His muscles surge and tense in unison, as if still fighting
the battle of so long ago, but wait!...  The statue IS moving, and.....  IT
SEEMS TO BE ALIVE!!

that toss them back to the sweet winds.

An Alchemist's Laboritory~
You are assaulted with a barrage of sensations upon entering the room. 
Assorted fragrences waft through the air;you can identify at least two
scents: strawberries and cream, and the palpable oder of charred humanflesh.
In the back of your mind a chanting commences, and although you can not
discern the words, you feel as if the mantra gives answers to every question
you have ever asked..  Mysterious spheres float around the room, giving off
an eerie light luminescence.  Some sort of mist hangs in the air, clouding
your perception.  Peering through the haze, you observe book cases filled
with magical tomes, and a few tables cluttered with what appears to be an
important scientific experiment.  You feel that you should leave everything
alone, as you might break an irreplacable object.

A white room is surrounded by candles on the walls, with a large skylight

small kitten lies purring on the blue rug, clutching a single red rose in
its paws.

The temperature drops 20 degrees as you enter this room, and you
immediately feel like a small person.  There is a desk in the center of the
room, with a file cabinet next to it.  A supercomputer sits on the desk,
from where the mighty Cobal works his business deals.  There is a throne on
the other side of the desk, where the powerful mage sits.  There is a red
pool on one side of the room, and a flowing fountain on the other side,
obviously meant to accomodate all customers.

You are in the middle of a lush emerald meadow.  A sea of endless green
grass gently sways to and fro with the warm breeze of fresh air.  Small,
fluffy clouds of white decorate the crystal blue sky, with the sun

Soft, golden hues caress your vision as you step through the arches and
into this quiet temple.  Your footsteps echo softly on the transparent
crystal floor.  Everything seems to be made from this fine crystal.  So fine
is this crystal that as you look at the walls you can see the emerald meadow
outside and the reflections of the temple at the same time.  The mirror-like
interior of the temple reflects a golden hue from the rays of light shining
through the transparent crystal ceiling.  Up ahead you see an altar with
images of a beautiful woman.  Along the crystal walls near the altar you see
small images and writings.

The Hall of History~
On the wall you see strange runes.  The runes seem to be just like the
normal scripts.  Some of the runes look like paintings.  On one of the walls
there is a rune which depicts the first meeting between Diane the Amazon
princess and the Gargoyle Warrior Quentin.  There it can be see how Diane
first noticed Quentin in the forest, his wing under several vines.  On
another wall is the story of how the Gargoyle Warrior Kierlana was born. 
She soon developed the features of her father.  The rune is about a young
Kierlana moaning for the loss of her mother.  She takes a oath to find her
mother at all costs.  On the ceiling you see how the Amazon, clan of Virago
is formed.  The painting is clouded.  It is almost as if it is a image of
the past.  You can make out three people - The Gargoyle Warrior Kierlana,
the Demon Warrior Blackstar, and the Vampire Assassin Wulf.  It can be seen
that Kierlana is telling these males what the rules of her reign will be.

Mortal Sins~
This room is filed with mirrors reflections can be seen every where
making the room a seem a lot larger then it should appear.  Some mirrors do
not show any reflections.  For some reason the pillows in the middle of the
room can not be seen in any of the reflections from the mirrors while the
large glowing rose above the pillows can be seen clearly in the mirrors. 
This is indeed a great trick that is being played here.

An astoundingly large amount of rare artifacts and junk from the past
have been hoarded into this one room of modest size.  In one corner you see
the head of Merlin, the famed magician of Arthur.  In another corner sits a
giant catapult which sends unwanted guests such as: evil in-laws and
relatives flying back to wherever they came from.  Under the pillow of an
unbelievably large and comfortable bed lies a mysterious looking codex A
voice sounds, "That is the pride and joy of my collection of historical
artifacts It has no beginning, and no end, but if you begin to read it, you
shall be able to gain a ny knowledge you desire; if you have the patience to
search for it.  Do NOT touch the codex, or you shall be catapulted!"

Lavish Gardens~
Despite the expansive shade upon the garden, cast from the tall healthy
pines that stand hardy and healthy against the backdrop of the sky, the
garden is in its own way full of vibrance and life.  Shrubs and bushes
adorned with flowers of blue, violet and white shades, line the whitewashed
stone walkways that meander in various directions.  Steam rises from a
freshwater spring located in in the east of the gardens, and it blankets the
entirity of the garden in its ghostly haze and warmth.

Rock Pool~
The reflective waters do well to hide the depth of the pool.  Its dark
granite bounds are smooth from erosion and quite sheer.  Small mineral
clusters reflect what light can penetrate the veil of steam upon the waters
surface and create a night-sky effect under the water.  A small waterfall
trickles soothingly to the east.

The cloying smell of vellum and parchment is strong in this room, and so
it should be.  Lining the walls of this spacious room is shelves upon
shelves of books, reaching toward the ceiling nearly twice a man in height. 
The books are neatly organized, and there are five distinct volumes of tomes
placed upon the shelves on the far wall, to the west.

A Variety Shop~
A vast arrangement of useless junk is collected in this small shop.  A
musical harp is in the corner, a pile of old books behind the desk.  An old
shopkeeper used to sell his junk, but now he has changed his profession into
collecting junk.  You notice a bright glimmering light in a dark corner of
the shop.  It is very attractive and it seems to pull you towards it.  You
look into the mirror, but instead of seeing your own reflection, you see a
black colored fog.

Main Room of Valsor~
The stone walls of this room are hung with green silk brocade tapestries.
There is a large fireplace on the north wall that burns brightly with a
welcoming hearth light.  A soft and plush couch sits in front of the
fireplace, pillowed with soft, silky cushions, hand made from crushed velvet
and satin.  Candles burn over the mantle and from sconces on the four walls,
giving the room a well lit and friendly glow.  An ebony bar on the east wall
contains liquiors and wines of all sorts with glasses for two.  Fresh roses
cut in vases grace the top.  The high domed ceiling is painted with a forest
scene.  The sense of peace is overwhelming.

Bedchamber of Valsor~
A high canopied bed is in the center of the room, crafted from fine
polished mahogany.  The hand-woven blankets and silk sheets are a bright
crimson, several pillows of white are scattered on the bed.  The dresser is
wide and holds an assortment of objects used in the room; from hairbrushes
to scented oils.  Two high mirrors on either side of the entrance give the
room a mystical quality, as though stepping through the looking glass.

Training Room of Valsor~
This room is filled wall to wall with books containing vast knowledge. 
They radiate an aura that fills you with a sense of confidence.  There is a
cabinet filled with strange exotic weapons, shields, and armor in the corner
of the room.  The floor is covered in sand and squishes between your toes. 
You get a feeling there have been many battles here.  There is a training
dummy in the center of the room.

Bed Chamber~

so brilliantly, one would feel they were actually out of doors, and by
night, the stars shine and change with the constellations of Alanthia.  The
walls are richly adorned with portraits, mirrors, and shelves full of items
acquired on Anri's many adventures, as well as those precious things given
her.  The bed fills nearly a third of the room, with it's canopy, and bed
curtains adorned in rich fabrics.  A huge {rf{yi{rr{ye{rp{yl{ra{yc{re{x is
positioned on the wall directly opposite the bed.

Library of Arcane Arts~
Bookshelves, ornately carved and filled with {Dgrey-shaded{X and {rblood
red{X leather bound tomes, line the walls of this huge chamber.  In the
center of the room, is a pedestal, holding a tome of ancient magical arts,
encased in {Wg{wl{Wa{ws{Ws{X.  The study tables are arranged in a square
around the pedestal, as if to denote this precious tome's great importance. 
There are arcane items of all magical natures on the tables, obviously used
for the study of the art.  There are scrolls, inkwells, and quills scattered
about the north table denoting a powerful mage in hurried preparation for a
comming battle.

You find yourself floating over a devastated plane.  Rough elemental
powers fill this void which surrounds you from all sides.  The pure
sensation of unformed physical chaos surrounded by intense glowing lights
that beams through the relative darkness without leaving any trace of shadow
or edge scares you.  There seems to be no end and no beginning in this void.
Its beauty is overwhelming but the way reality is torn apart and turn upside
down makes you feel lost in this world where only creatures of eternal
darkness belong.

Altar of Dreams~
Having braved the heat, you enter a much smaller and cooler chamber.  An
alter is set deep within a small pillar of cooled lava.  A slate bridge
crosses over the small river of magma encircling the altar.  Arcane symbols
are scrawled along the edges of the altar indicating ritualistic usage. 
Small pieces of broken weapons litter the ground near the altar, while the
flowing magma threatens to consume them.  A faint, flickering glow eminates
from the altar itself, alerting you to its great power.

You have entered the inner sanctum of the mighty demon.  The smell of a
lush forest lingers in the air, and a cool breeze blows quietly about you.

lair seems to have struggled to recreate a former home perhaps.

Edanna~
Inside the cave, you find a forested area.  Many small trees cloak the
area, trees of which are not known to the outside world.  Giant ferns line a
path to the center of the forest.  The path leads to a dimly lit area.  The
light comes from an eel-like create in a small water hole at the end of the
path.  Directly in front of you, you can see a bed made of a gigantic leaf. 
On a tree near the bed there is carved "Welcome to Edanna, home of Dominic
Taliesin Pendaran".

Antechamber of Flame~
An enourmous antechamber opens like a great maw hidden behind some dying
shrubery.  Plumes of smoke and ash waft about on unseen currents.  Waves of
heat flow forth from the cavernous alcove unrelenting to anything within
their paths.  Strange scents rise from the pools of flowing magma like a
bizarre form of incense.  A pathway, comprised entirely of slate, circles
the largest of the pools and doubles as a safe pathway leading into the
depths of this realm of flame.  Large openings, leading off to the west and
to the east, allow the faint flicker of flames deep within to add thier
glow.

{mAs you survey the room you can see a large bed and a desk, chair, and
paintings on the walls.  Upon closer look you see the bed is covered with
the finest silks.  The desk is made from the finest marble and the chair
from a english oak.  Paintings are of a beautiful sunrise and one is of a
sunset.  The owners of the house spared no expense it seems.

{rUpon entering this room, you take in the smell of old, stale air, as
well as the taste of coppery blood with your nostrils.  Many victims have
been lured here for Veshaun to feast upon.  Some of the remains are still
scattered about the floor.  On the walls are old writtings from an ancient
vampyre script..  Roughly translated, the writtings speak of an ancient
creature bearing fangs, that was a host to an undead soul.  This creature
was the first of it's kind.  A true, full-blood Vampyre in it's most pure
and greatest form.  Oddly, every second generation of this race spawned,
shows power above most, they are the blood decendants of the Vampyre.  The
rest...  The weaker of the race, Vampires.  Veshaun was born a potential
Vampyre with a clouded future, but arose a pure Vampyre under the hand of
Nikos.  {X

{cUpon entering this vast room, one cannot help but detect the subtle
scents of Vorkai's vineyards as the aroma drifts in from the balcony doors
that reside upon the east wall.  The northern corner is filled with a huge
four postered bed, it's linens spun from the finest of silks from faraway
lands.  The lord's desk corners the south wall, parchments and maps of sorts
lay next to small stack of ledgers that contain the details of the Vorkai
fortune.  The glow of large candelabras give off an illumination of warmth
and peace.

overlooks the expansive vineyards of the House of Vorkai.  In spring and
summer the groves boosts of lush plants heavy with succulent fruit of the
deepest purple or warm amber.  In the fall the leaves of the plants are a
myriad of rustic and flaming colors.  Even in the solace of winter the
rolling hills offer a wonderous sight.  Tis most often in the evening hours
the lord strolls about, the silvery rays of the tri-moons raining down upon
him and his beautiful estate.

the cherry wood top.  A bay window adorns the east wall, thick soft pillows
cushion the seat so Lauarli can look down upon the estate grounds, watching
for her Lord.  A book of poems lies opened to her favorite passage sided
with a pair of {ygold rimmed {wspectacles{m resting on top.  Tis here the
Lady of the House sees to her duties in aiding Lord Vadakyn in running his

Every few moments, this chamber appears to shift.  The surroundings seem
to be a filthy cave one moment, then a vast shining marble hall the next.

can be seen, for The Hall of the Servants is the central headquarters for
all the Aes Sedai guilds.  Through an enormous gilded doorway, a throne can
be seen, glittering in the darkness.  A large pool of a pure black substance
is in the middle of the building.  People near it seem to suddenly vanish

center of the large room is an enormous punching bag, which looks to be in

center of the room is an onyx pedestal lined with barely visible purple
light.  Next to the pedestal lies a blood-soaked table, covered from the
latest sacrifice.  The sounds of a dark melody on an elven harp plays in the
background as an ominous chant to {BY'{bgolan {xis heard accompanying the
instrument.  On the western wall, there is a {mtapesty that catches
{mworshippers' eyes.
