A baby gold dragon lies here, getting some rest.

It is a truly beautiful creature.  Stretched out about thirty feet long,
it's golden scales glitter wonderfully in the light.  On the end of each of
its legs is a set of razor-sharp claws, which could probably rend through
most armor, despite the creature's age.

He is a relatively short man, only about five and a half feet tall. 
Though not particularly handsome, he radiates a certain charm which endears
him to you.  Atop his head is a large chef's hat and he is wearing a stained
apron to protect his grubby clothes from food.

A cloud giant is doing some touch-ups on the painted walls.

Standing well over seventeen feet tall, this cloud giant looks like he
could snap most people like a twig, yet he holds his enormous paintbrush
with delicate grace.  His long, grey beard dangles down as he moves and
seems to dip ever so lightly into the paint on his palatte, making the tip
an icky brown colour from the mixed paint on it.

Vorax gold dragon ancient~

An ancient gold dragon is sleeping here.
~
This gold dragon is truly enormous, stretched out it would probably reach
three hundred and eighty feet in length.  It's head alone would be easily
large enough to swallow the largest of giants in one bite.  The scales of
this creature glitter beautifully golden in the light and you can see that
they are shaped like feathers, even though they are probably harder than
mithril.  At the end of each toe is a ten foot long, razor-sharp claw and
its mouth bears many, many fangs of great size and similar sharpness.

This beautiful gold dragon, even though he is only young, is quite an
impressive creature.  About seventy five feet in length and of considerable
girth, he moves his glittering, golden, body about with amazing grace,
twisting and turning happily about the place.  Despite the carefree look to
this young dragon, though, you can see that his claws and teeth are sharp
and he probably knows how to use them well.

As this gold dragon weaves her eighty foot, winged form gracefully about
the place, her golden scales glitter amazingly in the light and silvery
flashes of light glint of her razor-sharp claws and teeth, showing that the
graceful display is not only one of beauty, but deadly as well.

looks somewhat comical as he cavorts about the place, playing strange games.
The normally serious face of a storm giant has been transformed into a

him a very formidable sight hammering away at the rock walls.  His pale
green skin glistens slightly with the sweat which is dripping off his thick

This man is resplendant in his shining, golden armor.  Even while he
gambles with his friends, you can see the noble set to his face.  Dark hair

Almost six and a half feet in height, this dark-haired man has a noble
look about him.  His obviously strong body is encased in a partial uit of
golden armor even as he eats his food hungrily.  Although he is taking time
out to eat, this man's sword arm seems to hover constantly about his weapon,
as if he is expecting to be called for help.

{RAnother cave entrance{x~
This is another entrance to what looks like another cave.  The walls are
probably about sixty feet apart and it is well over seventy feet in height. 
Vines grow over the front of the cave, allowing little light to the already
pitch-black cave to enter.  The new cave extends a long way south from here.

Back of the cave~
This is the back end of an extremely large cave.  The walls on either
side are about sixty or so feet apart and the roof is well over seventy feet
from the floor.  The floor is quite smooth here and deep gouges can be seen
to the side of a huge boulder which lies at the very back of the cave.

It's probably about sixty feet in diameter and very heavy, but the gouges
near it provide an easy place to roll it.

North end of a long tunnel~
The long tunnel is certainly an unnatural structure, with the walls and
being unbelievably smooth.  Around fifty feet in width and just over that in
height, the tunnel leads south and ends at a large boulder to the north.

It is an enormous boulder, probably about sixty feet in height.  There
are a number of stone pegs hammered into the boulder, probably to aid in
moving it across.

A tunnel intersection~
This is a four-way intersection in this unusual tunnel.  The smooth floor
and ceiling of the tunnel are about fifty feet apart and the walls are a
similar distance.  From the east and west, lights can be seen, but the north
and south routes are dark.

Sleeping quarters~
This room is some sleeping quaters.  The bunks on the wall seem to have
been carved out of the stone itself, but have very thick-looking mattresses
on them.  In the centre of the room is a large card table with seven seats
around it.  The west end of the room leads out into the mess-hall and the
east leads out into darkness.

The mess-hall~
This is a long mess-hall carved smoothly from stone, with a stove and
oven on the west side and several cupboards hewn from the northern side.  In
the centre of the room is a very long table, designed to seat about twenty
people.  East some sleeping quarters can bee seen.

Eastern tunnel~
Torches line the walls further to the eastern end of this tunnel,
allowing the slightly scorched, smooth walls that run east and west to be
easily seen.  From the west light also emanates, though this is somewhat
dimmer than the light to the east.

The creche~
This room is a rather large one, extending both north and south.  There
are many scorch marks and small cracks in the otherwise smooth walls, and
the floor is covered in claw marks.  To the north some form of strange
obstacle course can be made out, and a pair of large stone mats lie to the
south.

The obstacle course~
The walls and floor of this room have carved rock coming out at all
angles to make a large obstacle course.  There are ten foot high bridges and
low bars at about five feet off the ground as well as large poles, reaching
to the ceiling.  From here, the well lit, rather large room extends south to
a somewhat scorched area.

The nursery~
Two large stone mats dominate the middle of this room, each is around
fifteen feet in length and six feet wide.  The surfaces of each mat has been
carved so as to resemble the texture and look of a bed of coins.  Each wall
in this room has been etched with beautiful scenery and is part way through
being painted.

A long tunnel~
Leading north and south, this very long tunnel has its smooth walls set
around fifty feet apart, and the ceiling is a similar distance from the
floor.  A small amount of light seems to be coming from the north.

Cavern entrance~
To the south, this large tunnel opens out into a cavern of enormous
dimensions, within which there can be seen many signs of hard work; tools
and large chunks of rubble litter the floor and there is a copious amount of
complex scaffolding.

An enormous cavern~
A vast, open cavern extends out from the southern side of a long, smooth
tunnel.  The otherwise unmarred floor of this area is covered in bits and
pieces of rubble and big chunks of rock about the bases of copious amount of
scaffolding.

An enormous cavern~
Extending east, west and south the smooth cavern floor is littered with
various large tools and chunks of rock.  Scaffolding is also all about the

Northwestern corner of the cavern~
This is the northwestern corner of a really large cavern.  The smooth
floors, which stretch around three hundred yards to the east and some one
hundred to the south, are covered in rubble and very large tools of various

This is the northern wall of an incredibly large cavern.  The walls and
floor have been nicely smoothed, though there is a large amount of rubble

Northeastern corner of the cavern~
This is the northwestern corner of an enormous cavern.  From here it
extends to the west about three hundred yards and to the south about one
hundred.  The ground is covered in chunks of rock and a number of very large

yards to the cavern ceiling.

Eastern cavern wall~
This is the far eastern wall of this enormous cavern.  The otherwise
smooth floors have been covered in rubble and large rocks, but the walls
seem to have been recently smoothed out.  There is a vast array of

high ceiling.  The cavern itself extends around fifty yards to the north and
south and around three hundred yards to the west.

The floor of this very large cavern would be incredibly smooth, but for
the vast amounts of rubble and fallen rocks.  Various tools lie about the

The smooth floor of this area, fifty yards from the middle of this huge
cavern, can be seen to have cavern, has been marred only by fallen rocks and
a variety of large tools lying about the place.  Scaffolding rests easily on

Middle of the cavern~

Western cavern wall~
The far western cavern wall reaches up a full fifty yards to the ceiling,
followed closely by the ever-present scaffolding throughout the cavern.  The
otherwise smooth floors have been covered in rubble, large rocks and tools. 
The cavern itself extends outward fifty yards to the north and south, and
well over five times that distance to the east.

Southwestern corner of the cavern~
The southwestern corner of this enormous cavern has had it's smooth floor
covered in rubble, large rocks and tool-covered scaffolding.  The
scaffolding is all throughout the cavern and leads up about fourty two
yards, leaving around eight yards between it's top and the cavern ceiling. 
The cavern itself extends around one hundred yards to the north and three
hundred to the east.

An enormous cavern~
This is the southern wall of a HUGE cavern which extends large distances
in all directions, except for south.  The floor has been smoothed out
extremely well and would stay that way were it not for the large chunks of
rock lying on it.  Amongst the rock and rubble, can be seen various large
tools, each of which is about three times the normal size.  Also there is
enromous scaffolding about the place, reaching to about seven or eight yards
from the ceiling, which is itself fifty yards from the ground.

An enormous cavern~
This is the southern side of a totally HUGE cavern.  It extends east and
west from here, over two hundred yards each way.  The otherwise smooth floor
is covered in bits of rubble and large chunks of rock, but the ceiling is
incredibly smooth, what you can see of it well over fifty yards above the
floor.  All around large scaffolding can be seen leading to the roof with
various artisans tools scattered around, each tool, though, is about three
times as large as any human would use.  To the north, the cavern seems to
end a lot sooner than east or west, it's probably only one hundred yards
away.  A rather wide opening in the wall here, leads south into a smaller
cavern.

This is the southeastern corner of a very large cavern, the smooth walls
and floor extend about one hundred yards to the north and approximately
three hundred to the west.  The floor is covered in large chunks of rock and

fifty yards and south, about one hundred.  The smooth walls and ceiling are
covered in various nature scenes, which seem to have been painted by some
very impressive artist as the quality of them is incredibly high.  The huge
claw marks on the floor add to the odd feeling of not being wanted here that
you have.

The smooth, beautifully painted, walls extend around one hundred yards to
the north and about one hundred and fifty yards to the west.  The ceiling,
painted as beautifully as the walls are, is around two hundred feet up. 
There is an awkward feeling in the air, which compounds with the very big
claw marks on the floor to give you a definite feeling of unwantedness.

The hatchery~
This carved room has a slight golden glow about it, which seems to be
coming from the very stone it has been carved from.  The floor has been
covered in a thick layer of red feathers, which seem to be emitting some
heat.  Each of the walls has been smoothed nicely and painted with beautiful
forest scenes.

The obstacle course~
A ten foot high bridge is the centrepiece of the obstacle course, from it
there are several poles leading up into the air or down to the floor of the
obstacle course itself.  Below, there are many low, horizontal poles
designed to make forward progress hard without ducking or jumping some of
them.
