  Syntax: btpartname(<PartNum>,<nametype>)
 
  This function returns the part name for the part number specified.
 
  Arguments:
  <nametype>
 
    * short
    * long
    * vlong 

  Note: See the listforms command for a complete list of partnumbers 
  and partnames.
 
  Error Messages:

  * If <partnum> is not valid the function will return #-1 INVALID 
    PART NUMBER
  * If <nametype> is not valid the function will return #-1 INVALID 
    NAME TYPE 
 
  Example:
 
  > think btpartname(53,Short)
  A_CLSLRM10
  > think btpartname(16,Long)
  Ammo_StreakLRM-10
  > think btpartname(16,VLong)
  Ammo_CL.StreakLRM-10
