  Syntax: btgetbv(<UnitDB>)
 
  This function returns the Battle Value for <UnitDB>
 
	Note: This function calculates the Battle Value dymanically - a 
  damaged unit will return a recalculated BV.
 
  Error Messages:
 
  * If <UnitDB> is not a valid unit the function returns 
    #-1 NOT A MECH 
 
  Example: 
  Given that #1234 is a valid RS unit (an EXT-4D)
 
  > think btgetbv(#1234)
  878
 
  Given the same unit as above after incurring 5 points of damage in 
  the Right Arm
 
  > think btgetbv(#1234)
  866
