  Syntax: btaddstores(<ObjectDB>,<partname>,<quantity>)
 
  This function adds <quantity> of part <partname> to the unit or 
  hangar specifed in <ObjectDB>.
 
  The function returns the amount of <partname> in the object at the 
  completion of the event.
 
  Error Messages:
 
  * If <ObjectDB> is not a valid unit or hangar the function returns 
    #-1
  * If <quantity> is a null string or not numerical the function 
    returns #-2 Illegal Value
  * If <partname> is not a valid partname or commodity the function 
    returns #-1 INVALID PART NAME 
 
  Example:
  Given that #dbref 62 is a valid bay with 1000 units of armor in 
  store:
 
  > think btaddstores(#62,armor,1000)
  2000
