CRASH

Test: CONTROL
Utility: SWERVE
Usage: ^gCRASH^n

When this command is used it will iniate a host's shutdown procedure.
The amount of time until shutdown is determined by the host's security
value. During this time the host will attempt to abort the shutdown by
pitting its security value against your MPCP. The shutdown can also
be avoided using the ^rabort^n command. During the shutdown all IC have
their rating reduced by 2 due to the massive load placed on the system.
