UPGRADE

Usage: ^gUPGRADE <vehicle> <part>^n

This takes an automotive upgrade, and installs it into a vehicle.

^WExample:^n
^c< 10P 10M > inventory^n
You are carrying:
A nitrous oxide injector system

^c< 10P 10M > upgrade harley nitro^n
>You go to work on a Harley Scorpion.

After which your Harley has a nitrous oxide injector system.
