ECHO

Usage: ^gECHO <message>^n

This allows you to echo a message through to the room you are currently in. 
The syntax is "echo" and then the message you wish to echo. For example:

^c< 10P 10M > echo Lets kill Sean!^n

- Everyone in the room would see:
Lets kill Sean!
