Usage: ^g<SAY | SHOUT > <string>
       <TELL | WHISPER | ASK> <player> <string>^n

If you consider communicating with other beings, you might be understood
better if you start your sentences with either say, tell, whisper or shout.
Tell can only be used to communicate with immortal staff.

^c< 10P 10M > say Hey, does anyone know how to get to Everett?
< 10P 10M > tell che hi, how are you?^n

You can use ' as a shorthand for say, as in:
^c> ' hello there.^n

Shout and yell broadcast your message to everyone in your geographic zone.
