VEHICLES CARS
Vehicles are cars, trucks, bikes, drones, panzers, thunderbirds,
operatable by a player.  The player must have the proper skill to use
the vehicle, and if he wishes to rig it or operate it remotely, he must
have a vehicle control rig.

The commands for using a vehicle are as follows:

enter <vehicle keyword>
Enters the car.

drive
Puts you behind the driver seat of the car.

ram <target>
causes your car to ram a target, may cause damage to your vehicle also.

leave
Gets out of the car.

whisper <name>
Lets you talk to people outside of the car
