	-=[ DOMAINs ]=-

To start up a domain is more than simply having a good idea behind you.
A creator must have the following -

	1) Proven his/her creative expertise throughout the mud by exemplary
          coding skills.

	2) Contributed to the MUDlib as a whole in a constructive way.

	3) Proven to be solid in reputation, and shows clear leadership
qualities, enough to be able to be responsible for, and run a whole
	   domain by himself.

After this has been done, you must have a good idea behind you, thought out
thoroughly, and present it to the ADMIN. They will process the claim for
LORD status, and get back to you. If it is approved, you will be able to
startcoding within the domain, selecting creators who are currently not
working within other domains, or who have proven that they are able
to work within multiple domains.

Remember, if anything goes wrong within a domain it is your responsibility.
