I am Gunthis, humble cleric of the Fenmar Woods. I came to this cabin
to free some poor souls that are locked in the material plane due to their
transgressions in life. But alas, I failed, and now I suffer the same fate,
stuck not here, nor there, but miserably in-between.

If you are reading this, you obviously have reached the cabin. I warn you, 
this old cabin is a very treacherous place! The spirits that dwell here are
angry and vengeful, and will take your very life should your guard be
down for one moment! Take care. I would ask of you, if you come across a
cleric's holy symbol, found somewhere within this house, please bring it to
this closet. There is a way I can reward you, and I will do so should you 
help me get my symbol. But whether you choose to help, or nay, please,

Amidst the Thick Underbrush~

Brambles and stickers stand ready to torment any travellers of what's
left of the path through here. Razor-sharp and ranging in size from very tiny

At a Crossroad of Pathways~

Along a Sharp Bend In the Path~

Displaying much thinner undergrowth than there is to the northwest,
the path here is a sharp turn around a huge tree that lies to the north.
Although the foliage is much thinner, it is still impossible to see what

A Bend In the Forest Path~

A huge tree that impedes the path's progress directly to the west
is much taller than any of the others around it. As wide as most 
buildings, it could make one wonder why it is that it has survived long
enough to have grown so large. To the southwest the path bypasses
the collosal tree. To the northeast the path continues on.

On An Overgrown Pathway~

At a Large Cabin's Door~
~
A clearing in the woods reveals a large, two-story cabin made out of
logs and cut pieces of wood directly to the east. The door to the
cabin is a bit shorter than what an average human would fit through, but
other than that the building seems to have normal proportions. The faint
sound of water moving can be heard from the south.

Entrance Hall of a Cabin~

The entranceway leads through a small hallway that leads off to the east,
its plush finishings offers quite a contrast to the rustic look of the
outside of the building.  A old torn wall to wall decorated rug extends
the entire length of the hall.  Two paintings have been hung beside the
doorway on the western wall, depicting peculiar scenes of a light forest.
To the north a small open closet probably once provided a nice place for
coats and boots through out the winter time.

Inside a Walk-In Closet~

The inside of this small broken down closet, is just barely big enough to
squeeze into.  A long nearly broken in half rod looks as if it once extented
the entire length of the closet to hang coats and stuff.  Large piles of dust

wide doorway to the south leads back into a small hallway.

In a Cabin's Main Hall~

&g A few doors line the hallway here, a thin door stands nearly open to 
the south and a large oak door to the north. Judging from the amount of 
dust found on the floor here, this cabin is not very well maintained. 
Moving through the hall, allows one to get a picture of what it must have 
once looked like here with beautiful paintings adorn the cabins walls. To 
The entranceway of the cabin can be seen at one end of the hallway 
toward the west, and on the other end of the hallway stands a nicely 
constructed wooden staircase.

Inside the Library~

This room once appears to have served as a libary for this broken down
cabin, old dusty bookcases adorne the walls of this suttle room.  To
the north is a small doorway that leads back out into the cabins hall.
A few of the shelves along the wall have fallen apart or been subject to
alot of vandlism, few books can be found sitting throughout the shelves
in various spots.  A rather large leather chair sits at a desk towards
the southeast corner of the room.

A few loose boards stick up from the corner of the room, leaving behind
a small hole that allows one to view the ground.  Cobwebs connect the
walls at the ceiling of the corner, entwining about the corners of the
adjoining bookcases as well.  A small leather chair sits near a large
desk to the south of here.  A doorway can be seen to the west built in
the northern wall.

This far corner of the libary has been stuffed with a rather big leather
chair that sits next to a ornate desk.  Several bookcases that span from
the floor to the ceiling lean against the southern and eastern walls.  To

Inside a Large Room~

To the north a large tapestry can be seen dangling across the northeast
wall of this large room, making something in here worth looking at.  A
small fireplace made out of lime stone is on the western wall with an
iron log holder setting in the center of the fire pit.  A once luxurious
couch sits in the northeast corner of the room, with a small table that
sits in fron of it.  On the southern wall is a small doorway leading
out of the room.

In a Very Large Room~
~
This corner of the dark room is rather unremarkable.  Other then the
dust that coats the floor and the cobwebs that connects the walls to
each other, there is nothing here.  To the north a old torn to pieces
couch can be seen sitting near a small table.  A large fireplace is
to the west of here, sitting near the rooms entranceway.  Along the
northwest wall hangs a large tapestry that seems to have once acted
as a type of decoration for this living area.

In the Corner of a Large Room~
~
A very old piece of tapestry covers the northern wall, its in poor shape
and proves to be very hard to make out in that condition, although some
of its scenes can still be made out.  Along the western wall to the south
is a beautiful stone fireplace that has been built beside the old doorway
that leads back into the cabins halls.  To the east stands a small table
that sits by a old couch.  Tiny cobwebs span across the top of the ceiling
almost connecting the walls in the room to each other.

In the Corner of a Large Room~

Small strands of cobwebs and dust cover this entire northeastern corner
of the room.  What was once a formerly luxurious couch sits here torn to
pieces beside a small table that sits near the front of the couch.  The
layout of the entire room seems to indicate it was a living room or acted
as the main hall when it was occupied.  A large swinging doorway can be
made out to the southwest of here.

Along a Cabin's Main Hall~

The small hallway through the first floor of the cabin extends off to
the east and to the west from here.  A small plank from the hardwood
floor is missing, leaving a spot of bare dirt exposed.  On the south
wall hangs a picture frame that is oddly missing whatever picture it
once held.   Toward the west the hallway passes by a few doors before
approaching the entranceway.  A large staircase can be see some what
to the east.

At the Foot of a Stairway~
~
A old wooden stairway has been constructed fairly well here, leading up 
towards the second floor of the abandoned cabin. The hall comes to a 
sudden end here due to a thin wall that has been built to the east. A old 
doorway to the north leads into what appears to be the old kitchen. The 
hallway continues off to the west from here passing by a few doorways on 
the north and south walls before coming to the entrance of the cabin. A 
small plaque with something written on it is tacked beside the north door.

In the Kitchen Hallway~
~
This somewhat narrow hallway leads to toward the small kitchen and pantry
that is to the east, and back out to the cabins main hallway through the
doorway to the south.  The walls have been decorated with a ornate carved
wood.  Alot of dust can be found littering the hardwood floor here as one
steps it only sits it up more and provokes a musty scent.  A quick look up
reveals where the second stories floor has started to fall through as it is
sloping downward very badly here.

In the Kitchen~

This part of the rather small area, is the only part of the kitchen that
isnt used, its just a few feet of open space.  Small standing puddles of
water sit here.  A pantry door stands off to the east leading into a very
small panrty.  And somewhat to the west stands a large doorway that leads
back out into the narrow hallway.  A long table sits along the southern
wall covered in layers of dust.

when the cabin's original owner lived here. Now, though, it is old and

A small narrow doorway leads off through the east, judging from its
appearance it leads into some sort of storage area, or pantry.  The
thick dusty air here make is very difficult to breath.  A long table

Inside the Kitchen Pantry~

Layers of dust covers the old iron stoves, and cobwebs can be found growing
from every dark corner of the room, evidents that this pantry hasn't been
used in many years.  Uneven shelves line the walls surrounding the entire
room, many of them are broken or missing now but traces of them have been
left behind.  Although this room is rather small, it would be sufficient for
a decent amount of food storage.  A doorway on the western leads out of the
small kitchen pantry.

At the Top of the Stairs~
~
A stairway can be found in the middle of the hallway here, leading down
to the first floor of the cabin.  The banister of the stairs here ends
with a large ornamental caverving that can be seen on both sides.  A rug
has been tacked at the top of these stairs, and looks like it may have at
one time been considered a nice piece of carpet.  A long narrow dark hall
continues to travel off to the east and to the west.

Through a Long Hallway~

The hallway floor here is in very bad condition, most of it appears to be
rotted away at parts, although it still seems safe enough to walk slowly
across.  The long dark narrow hall continues to travel off to the east and
to the west from here.  A quick look up reveals where the roof has been
plagued with leaks leaving the ceiling scared from the water that ran from
the leaks.

At the End of a Long Hallway~

This hallway comes to a sudden hault here due to a large wall to the west
that has nearly rotted away.  The creeking floors brings a fear that one
might easily fall through the weakened floors.  Alot of damage can be seen
on the wall to the northwest, as if something were attached to it and was ripped
out.  The hallway continues to travel back off to the east.  Two old doors
stand to the north and south from here, both leading into dark rooms.

This room seems to have at one time served as the master bedroom to the
cabin.  A large bed sits to the north along the western side of the
crumbling wall.  Moving about the room, stirs up a thick mix of dust
and cobwebs, making it very hard to see in here.

In a Large Bedroom~

Along this corner of the bedroom sits an obviously very old large bed
that sits against the western wall.  Alot of filth mixed with spider
webs that cover the room offer a sharp contrast to the probable nice
condition this room and bed were once in.  It seems a pity that the
cabin sits nearly abandoned.  To the south a door can be seen acting
as an exit from the room, though it is barely visible through the dust
and thick cobwebs.

The far corner of this very large room seems to have once served as a beautiful
window space, that once revealed a remarkable view of the forest.  The windows
that was once on the surrounding walls, have either shattard or fallen out.  A
small walk way travels through trash on the floor leading to the southwest from
here.  Some what to the south a old fallen apart doorway leads back out into a
dark hall.  The top of the corners of the room are infested with large nest of
bees, cobwebs, and layers upon layers of dust.  A old bed can be seen sitting

Eastern Corner of a Bedroom~

This dark corner of the spacious bedroom reveals what appears to
be the scene of something that has gone horribly wrong, a closer
look reveals tiny spots of blood near the bottom of the southern wall.
A small bed frame can be made out through the darkness to the northwest
barely standing on its four legs.  A look up reveals a ceiling that has
been scared and discolored, from the many years of leaking.

Inside a Damaged Bedroom~
~
This room has bad damage all over it. What exactly caused the damage
is hard to figure. A hole in the ceiling reveals crossbeam rafters above
it. The wooden floor is buckled and unlevel. To the southeast the
only indication at all that this was even once a bedroom, some broken
shards of a bed, lie in a heap. The entire room as a whole is in poor
condition, even compared to the rest of the cabin.

In the Damaged Bedroom~
~
The damaged, uneven floor in this corner of the room seems very unsafe
its slopes downwards very badly and with the weight of the bed sitting

A Damaged Bedroom~
~
This entire bedroom is extremely trashed, large piles of garbage rest near
the western wall piled almost as high as the ceiling, covering a small window
the only source of light for the entire room.  The  floor to the north seems

part of the room covered in a thin flim of mold, and smelling of mildew.

Inside a Child's Room~

Small puddles of water have collected around a few forgoten children's
dolls, creating a awful mess of molded over toys that sit near the far
corner of the room.  A small bed that barely stands on its four wooden
legs can be seen some what to the east.   Every step taken invokes a
load creek as the rotted wood below moans from the weight, a testanment
to its stress from the abuse it has taken over the years.  A old wood

The Eastern Side of a Child's Room~
~
The old, dusty toys strewn about coupled with the small size of the
bed found here indicate this room as having once been occupied by a
child. Replacing the sound of a child playing here in times past, all
that remains is the dripping sound of water that has leaked through the
old cabin's roof into a puddle on the floor. To the north, a closet
that looks as if it may have once had a door stands open. The room carries

At the End of a Long Hallway~

At a Massive Wall of Vines~
~
A massive wall of vines and trees blocks movement in any direction
except toward the north at this spot. Directly east stands a two-
story cabin made from logs and cut wood. A small spring bubbles water
up to the surface here, starting a creek that disappears to the southeast
underneath the entangled vines.

Under A Wooden Cabin~
~
The underneath of this cabin is very dark, and has been overtaken by wild
growing grass and weeds.  Standing puddles of stagmented water can be seen
covered in a thin layer of green film.  A few broken planks in the floor
above almost gives enough space to pass through.  A blood red glow can be
seen coming from the southeast, it appears as if its the eyes of some type
of savage animal.
