Not as long as your TOS says you can.  Typicvally a TOS in addition to
lsiting specific behaviors which wil lget your removed ahs a clause saying
'we reserve the right to deny servcuie to anyoen for any reason.'

Remember, its still a private space, not a public space.  We own the
machines.  The ONLy potentail issue is if you could be shown to be
specificly and sytematicly violating laws against descrimiantion (the laws
in gernalk terms are limited to race, sex, disability, and in some states
sexual orientation.)

you chose in a capitalist society.  the only limit being the above.

Nope, most of em don't knwo what a BBB is... and the BBB doersnt knwo what
MUD is.

Funny true story -- we banned a group of asshoels and oen of em wrote us a
psuedo legalese document claimign he was going to sue us for descriminating
against him because he was evil (not his character).  We showed to our
lawyer just for a lugh.  After he got up off the floor his comment was "You
have come u pwith an interestign legal argument.. I suggest you first test
it by suing the United States for goivernment for descrimination and demand
they release all those people who are locked up just because they are evil."
